Overview

PR Coach is a track and field tracking app for athletes, parents, and coaches. The app is designed to help users track athlete profiles, results, PRs, goals, race splits, practices, and schedule information.

Information Stored In The App

PR Coach may store information that the user chooses to enter, import, or ask the app to save, including athlete names, race results, race splits, goals, practice logs, practice splits, schedule items, meet details, pace bands, and notes. This information is used to provide app features at the user's discretion.

Photos, Camera, And Screenshot Import

PR Coach may use the camera or selected photos to add records and data at the user's request. Screenshot or photo text may be processed to help create editable app records. Users will review imported results for accuracy before saving.

Apple Health

PR Coach reads Apple Health workouts only when the user grants permission and chooses workouts to import into the practice log. Apple Health data is used for app functionality.

Location And Maps

PR Coach may use location search or map links upon user request. Apple services may process those requests.

Clipboard And Sharing

PR Coach lets users copy or share summaries, splits, workout notes, and results. The user controls when copied or shared text leaves the app.

Cloud Sync

PR Coach may use Apple's private iCloud/CloudKit services to sync app records across the user's Apple devices when iCloud is available and enabled by the user. This sync is intended for the user's own PR Coach data, including athlete profiles, results, goals, practices, schedule items, and pace bands.

Children And Student Data

PR Coach may be used by parents or coaches to track youth athlete information. Users should avoid entering sensitive information that is not needed for track and field purposes.

Data Deletion

Users can reset PR Coach data from the app's Settings screen. When iCloud sync is enabled, deletion and sync behavior may depend on Apple's iCloud services and the user's connected devices.
