The track-season problem

Track data lives everywhere until it lives nowhere.

Race results are in screenshots. Practice splits are in a text thread. Goals are in someone’s head. PR Coach brings the useful pieces together so a parent, coach, or athlete can see progress clearly.

Core features

Built around the moments that actually happen.

Results

Meet result tracking

Save running and field-event results by athlete, event, meet, mark, and date.

Splits

Race-day pace tools

Compare real splits against target pace while the race is unfolding.

Practice

Practice Mode

Record distance reps, timed runs, skipped reps, and clean workout summaries.

Growth

PRs and goals

Track best marks, set goals, and see what improvement is still needed.

Who it helps

One app, three real track-season jobs.

Parents

Keep PRs, race notes, and result screenshots from getting buried in the camera roll.

  • Save each athlete’s season history
  • Review imported result text before saving
  • Copy summaries for family updates

Coaches

Turn practice timing into organized notes without rebuilding the workout after practice.

  • Track single-athlete and multi-athlete reps
  • Use effort pace tools during workouts
  • Share clean practice summaries

Athletes

See progress from meet to meet and keep goals close enough to act on.

  • Compare PRs and goal marks
  • Review splits and pacing
  • Understand the next target

How it works

From race day to a useful season record.

  1. Add athletes Keep each athlete’s PRs, goals, practices, and results separated.
  2. Save results Enter results manually or use a user-provided screenshot as a starting point for review.
  3. Track practice Record reps, times, effort pace, and workout notes while practice is happening.
  4. Share summaries Copy or share clean notes without digging through old messages.
